Booking a Room

If you would like to book one or more of our rooms please contact the Bookings Clerk through  bakewellfmh@gmail.com.

To view the Bakewell Meeting House health and safety policy and risk assessment, please click here. You can view and download a copy for your meeting, please familiarise yourself with the contents. Room bookings are accepted subject to users accepting the content of these documents. 

Meeting facilities:
  • There are three toilets – one equipped for the disabled.
  • There is a well equipped kitchen.
  • The Meeting House is carpeted throughout.
  • Parking for disabled and unloading only.
1. Main Meeting Room              
  • Downstairs with level access
  • Seating for up to 50 people
  • Blank wall space for projection
  • Loop hearing system
  • Light and roomy
2. Small Room                           
  • Downstairs with level access
  • Seating for up to10 people
3. Wyn’s Room (Upstairs)         
  • Seating for up to 30 people
  • Approached by shallow stairs
